Returns

Very unfortunate if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. In this case, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. How does this work? Send an email to [email protected] and include the invoice number and reason for return. We will try to contact you within 24 hours (business days) to arrange the return.

Refund

Once your return is received, we will review the product. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and refunded within 48 hours.

When do you not get a refund?

• Personalized products
• Products with obvious signs of use
• Any item that is not in original condition or has been damaged
• Any item notified for return more than 14 days after delivery.
